Three CRRS Associates are Made Fellows of the Royal Society of Canada

Long-time CRRS associates and supporters former directors Konrad Eisenbichler (Italian Studies, Victoria College Faculty in Renaissance Studies), Lynne Magnusson (English), and former associate director Nicholas Terpstra (History Chair) were named Fellows of the Royal Society of Canada. The society’s mission is to recognize scholarly, research, and artistic excellence, to advise governments and organizations, and to promote a culture of knowledge and innovation in Canada. Membership in the RSC, which comprises the Academies of Arts, Humanities, and Sciences of Canada, is one of the highest honours a researcher can achieve. The induction ceremony will take place on November 22 in Ottawa.
