We've just added some information about getting downtown from both the airports in the Toronto area to our Visitor's Guide page, and there's a few options detailed there which may be helpful.
That said, you may find the commute from Pearson can be quite long and busy, particularly during rush hour. We encourage all attendees to look to our accommodations page for details regarding special symposium preferred rates. These options are all much closer to Victoria College and many are comparable to airport hotels in terms of pricing.

All our session rooms will be equipped with a pre-connected laptop and projector. We are asking all presenters to email your presentation slides at least one day before the day of your presentation to miltonsymposium@vicu.utoronto.ca so we can pre-load presentations ahead of time. Having your presentation on your USB is also recommended as a backup solution.
