Please join us on Thursday, December 6th, 5-6.30pm in Sid Smith room 2098 for a paper presentation by Stefanie Kennedy entitled, “Power and Display: Runaway Advertisements in the British Caribbean Press.”
The Premodern Discussion Group is an interdisciplinary graduate student and faculty group based in the Department of History that aims to be a supportive forum in which to give and receive critical feedback. Participants from all departments working on any geographical area between the fifth and eighteenth centuries are welcome. Meetings conclude with social drinks and food in a pub.
