Sanda Munjic specializes in late medieval and early modern Spanish literature. Her research interests include pre-modern theories of the passions of the soul and representations of love in premodern Spanish literature. She has published on Diego de San Pedro’s Cárcel de amor and on GĂłngora’s Soledades. Her book-length manuscript, My Sweet Enemy: The Politics of Amorous Suffering in Late Medieval and Early Modern Spanish Literature is currently under consideration for publication. A section of the book deals with the topic of arms and letters.
