The Early Modern Interdisciplinary Graduate Forum (EMIGF) will be holding its fifth meeting of the academic year on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
EMIGF is a monthly event where you can meet and engage in conversation with early modernists (graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty) from across the disciplines. Please consider joining us for two 15-20 minute papers and what should be a lively discussion.

Helen Dewar (Postdoctoral Fellow, Centre for the Study of France and the Francophone World) will be speaking on: “Disputing New France: Metropolitan Authorities and Colonial Jurisdictions”
Colin Murray (Art History) will be speaking on: “Collaboration and the ‘Single Hand’: Integrating Uniformity and Autonomy in Early Modern Theory and Criticism”
Coffee, tea, and cookies will be provided.
