The Progression of the Fork: From Diabolical to Divine

“Darra Goldstein is the Willcox and Harriet Adsit Professor of Russian at Williams College and the founding editor of the journal Gastronomica: The Journal of Food and Culture (named 2012 Publication of the Year by the James Beard Foundation). She is also the author of four cookbooks, including The Georgian Feast (winner of the 1994 Julia Child Award for Cookbook of the Year). Goldstein serves as Series Editor for California Studies in Food and Culture (University of California Press) and is Food Editor of Russian Life magazine.”
