We want to personally invite, remind and generally let you know about the annual ACMRS Conference in Phoenix, Arizona in February 2013.

The conference this year has new components:

  • New venue – the multi-million dollar newly renovated Marriott Renaissance Hotel in downtown Phoenix.
  • We have reserved a block of rooms for $149 + tax per night (usual rate for this time of year is $250 – $300).
  • This rate is available for three (3) days before the conference and for three (3) days after the conference.

MANUSCRIPT SESSION- PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP:  ACMRS will again host the popular workshop on manuscript studies led by Timothy Graham, Director of the Institute for Medieval Studies at the University of New Mexico. The workshop will be Thursday afternoon, February 14. Participation will be limited to 25 participants, determined by the order in which registrations are received. The cost of the workshop is $30  ($25 for students) and is in addition to the regular conference registration fee.
